Question: What is the colour like?
Answer: Consistency is everything. Using a waterless printing system offers faster turnaround times, more vibrant colours, improved and more consistent print quality, and little to no variation between print runs. This guarantees that you will receive the most accurate colour, highest quality printed material and the fastest turnaround possible. Products, such as packaged foods, always have the same coloured boxes and labels – the press printing your order uses the same printing process as that used for packaging – so you can expect orders to always look the same. ISO colour accreditation to come.
Answer: We are fast! Tight deadlines, no problem! We have average 48 hour turnaround times from confirmation of order to day of despatch (not delivery which is dictated by couriers). This applies to ‘Premium 420GSM’ products only. Please allow 1 – 2 extra days for products that require additional finishing, such as folded and Metal-X range.
Question: Can we get other products produced in 48hrs?
Answer: There’s a lot we can do, and generally we’re pretty quick anyway. Please contact us with any specific queries.
Answer: We’ve been known to be thicker than some because we use the best quality stocks available. The Premium 420GSM stock is a true 420GSM artboard that has convinced loyal clients not look back!
Question: Do you send my order overseas or something? Answer: No, we’re a local company based in sunny Queensland. Orders and profits do not go offshore. This is paramount to us. Oi Oi Oi!
Answer: No, we only print in CMYK. Pantone colours will have to be converted to a CMYK – the results are identical. The only Pantone we offer is Metal-x our special silver
Question: Can we return a purchase / have defect query / are not happy
Answer: Once a job has been delivered or shipped the sale is final. The lone exception to the rule is if there was a manufacturing defect. You have 48 hours to let us know of any manufacturing defect. Otherwise the sale is considered final. If you are not happy with your job, please contact us, as we still genuinely like to please. Send us 100 to 200 samples of your print job so we can find out what went wrong. If we deem the problem a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to reprint your job. Answer: Orders up to 5kg should be received roughly the next business day after printing. Over 5 kg and non-metro will be road freighted and therefore may take a little longer. Please contact us if your order does not arrive and we will track it down.
